This was the only animation requirement, with a tailor-made 5-bone rig that stripped anything unnecessary.
Very grateful for the opportunity to work with Questline and Awaken Realms on realizing the statue of the Lady of the Lake for their upcoming game, Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon.

Strictly speaking, this is an environment asset, even though its requirements more closely resemble that of a character -- including a rig for posing and then a different rig for animation. But since all I have is Houdini, every problem looks like a node graph. I set about creating this asset in a procedural manner that would admit of changes up to the last days of its production. An initial block-out sculpt was done in blender, but all the details were added in Houdini, along with the rigs, pose, and LoDs. Some maps were baked out of Houdini and imported in Substance Painter where texturing was finalized.
